Agatha Christie Magazine and DVD Collection - Television Advert

CS Media produced an advert for broadcast on Channel 4 and Five to market a collectable series of Agatha Christie Magazines and DVD’s for Chorion, an entertainment content company specializing in the promotion of literary works.

Universally acknowledged as the “Queen of Crime”, Agatha Christie is the most widely published author of all time, outsold only by the Bible and Shakespeare. In a writing career that spanned more than 50 years she created some of the most widely recognised and popular detectives in the history of crime fiction.

The production process included compositing, editing, creating 3D graphics, adding the voice over and music before finally gaining approval for transmission by meeting the requirements of the BCAP Television Advertising Standards Code.

The finished advert included excerpts of the DVD’s, featuring the famed sleuths Hercule Poirot and Miss Marple, and shots of the Magazine content and went to air in February.
