Clive has been at the helm of CS Media since its launch in 1996 and continues to lead the team with direct involvement in client relationships as well as technical and creative production.  Before starting CS Media, Clive worked in broadcast media.  Having worked with clients across the globe, Clive has 35 years industry experience.

Mark is responsible for overall quality and creativity across all client projects, leading the team on pre- and post-production.  With degrees in screenwriting and TV production, and extensive experience as a cameraman and editor, Mark has worked with some of the biggest brands in fashion, entertainment, retail, business and broadcasting over 20 years.

Jon is a member of the senior management team and works alongside Clive to manage the business and produce client projects.  Before joining CS Media, Jon held senior roles at investment and media companies and ran a live marketing production agency.  With a background in multimedia, live events and marketing, Jon has 35 years industry experience.

Colin heads up the technical delivery of productions, live events and studio installations for clients.  With a background in theatre production and lighting, Colin has extensive experience in lighting design, studio design as well as production management for film and TV, events and exhibitions, and live streams.  Colin has 22 years industry experience.

Gill is the first point of contact for many clients and prospects and is responsible for ensuring client success.   Gill works closely with the production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and on spec.  Gill previously worked in the technology and education sectors and has 25 years industry experience.

Mark is responsible for live streams and remote recordings involving CS Media’s master control room and is often the voice clients hear on remote connections.  With a background in audio engineering and sound production for live events, Mark has 20 years industry experience.
